Fitness information, not medical care
Fitness Age is an age-referenced estimate from selected fitness inputs. It is not biological age, a diagnosis, medical-device output, mortality or lifespan prediction, exercise clearance, treatment, or substitute for a qualified professional. The combined model is research-based and has not been externally validated.
Equations, reference data, devices, self-report, protocols, health conditions, medication, environment, and measurement error can affect results. Use the plausible range, confidence, and explanation together. Do not rely on the headline alone for a health, employment, insurance, competition, or safety decision.
Physical tests
Optional field tests require a safety screen, correct setup, and stop rules. You may skip them. Do not test when a contraindication or alarming symptom applies. The product cannot determine whether exercise is safe for you.
Accounts and guest data
Core guest use does not require an account. Guest data is stored locally and may be lost when app/site data is cleared, a device is lost, or a backup is unavailable. An account is required for enabled cloud sync, cross-device history, persistent links, and synced entitlements. Keep provider accounts and magic links secure. Sharing and user choices

Restore and verified entitlement status may follow a signed-in account to supported platforms. Android and the website do not offer or advertise an iOS purchase.
The final terms must be updated for the owner-selected lifetime or subscription product. Client-only flags do not establish entitlement; refunds, expiration, billing retry/grace, or revocation may change access according to verified store status and applicable law.
Intellectual property and feedback
The product, brand, original design, content, and non-third-party code are owned or licensed by [OWNER]. Citations do not transfer rights in source publications or datasets. Availability and changes
